Atypical Museums
Mostly when you think of museums you think of dinosaurs, history, etc. But throughout California, museums of all sorts abound covering a wild variety of esoteric topics, ranging from museums devoted to fruit (bananas), candy (pez), and even religion (creationalism). California also has museums devoted to crime, bunnies, Bigfoot, and with the Rosicruicians, ancient Egypt! In Joshua Tree you'll find both the World Famous Crochet Museum and a salon museum.
